No Accounts, No Data Storage

Now Send It is built on a simple principle: we don't require accounts, and we don't store your personal data.

When you use Now Send It, you don't need to create an account, remember a password, or provide us with personal information beyond what's necessary to complete your transaction. We believe in keeping things simple and respecting your privacy.

What Information Do We Collect?

The only information we collect is what's necessary to facilitate Sends:

• Send Information: Title, description, location, date/time, and capacity for events you create
• Contact Information: First name, optional phone number, and group chat links (only for organizers)
• Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe - we never see your credit card details
• Technical Data: Basic analytics like page views to improve our service

How We Use Your Information

We use the minimal information we collect solely to:

• Display Sends in the public feed
• Process payments through Stripe
• Connect participants with organizers via group chat links
• Provide the meetup code for event coordination
• Automatically expire Sends after 48 hours

Payment Security

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide.

We never see, store, or have access to your credit card information. Your payment data goes directly to Stripe's secure servers. Learn more about Stripe's security at stripe.com/docs/security

Data Retention

Sends automatically expire 48 hours after creation. After expiration, the Send details remain in our database for record-keeping purposes but are no longer publicly visible. We retain payment records as required by law for accounting and tax purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe: Payment processing (see their privacy policy)
• Vercel: Hosting and infrastructure
• Supabase: Database hosting

Your Rights

Since we don't maintain user accounts or store personal profiles, there's minimal data to manage. However, if you've created a Send and want it removed before the 48-hour expiration, or if you have questions about data we've collected, please contact us at tixieapp@gmail.com
